In this role you will be working as a Wood Shop Superviosr for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for leading daily production operations for a Wood Shop.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.
Pay; $65000-$75000/Yr.
- Associates Degree or vocational training in woodworking
- 3 years of experience in a wood shop millwork or cabinetry environment.
- Experience with wood shop machinery tools processes including CNC router operation milling and finsihing techniques
- Experience supervising a team
- Manage quality and safety standards
- Plan assign and prioritize daily work orders to meet production deadlines and customer requirements
- Oversee fabrication milling shaping and finishing of custom millwork cabinetry wood fixtures etc..
- Ensure employees are observing and complying with OHSA standards and safety requirements
