PIZZA CRAFTERS/ OVEN:Thurs evenings (4pm-10:30pm)Fri evenings (4pm-10:30pm) Sat all day (10am-10:30pm) andSunday afternoons (10am-5pm)

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Previous pizza experience preferred
• Quickly and effectively complete orders in a loud high volume restaurant kitchen. The kitchen is completely visible to customers so working well under pressure and with a team is essential.
• Quickly and effectively build prep recipes per the recipe book quickly accurately and with a caring touch
• Ensure optimal level of sanitation and safety standards in work area at all times
• Monitor and maintain clean working area and cooking surfaces to make pizzas- Set up and break down of equipment as needed
• Space cleaning
• Follows Fire Street Pizza operational policies and procedures including those for safety and security to ensure the safety of all employees and guests during each shift
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings evenings weekends nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards of safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shiftQualifications:
• Stand for long periods of time
• Reach and lift overhead up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work day shifts evening shifts and weekends on a regular basis
• Must be dependable honest and trustworthy
• Must have exceptionally positive attitude
• Must have consistent reliable transportation
• Good personal grooming & hygiene
• Good communication skills
• Minimum 18 years of age or older
• Work around handle operate and control hot equipment and products in a safe manner
• Work at a pace consistent with changing business volume and demands
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Ability to work as part of a team works well with othersMust have health permit to work in Bell County.
