Provide input for fixture design on new and existing programs.

Assist with the sourcing of equipment parts supplies and technical support

Develop and maintain the layout of work cells

Establish production/process standards

Establish and monitor maintenance schedules

Write and update specific work instructions for Robotic cells.

Train personnel on equipment and processes.

Maintain robots mechanical or electronic equipment and PLCs.

Analyze robotic problems and help with root cause analysis and corrective measures

Provide feedback for longterm machine use/efficiency

Identify and implement process improvements and modifications to ensure the greatest efficiency in the manufacturing environment with safety and productivity as a priority

Safely use forklifts and other equipment needed for job tasks.

Observe all established safety rules and regulations including Lockout/Tagout requirements and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition
