Job Summary
Were seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in WM Escheatment Operations to collaborate with the branches and key stakeholders across multiple businesses to ensure timely reporting and delivery of eligible accounts and respective assets to the states in accordance with state escheatment guidelines. Escheatment Operations manages three key escheatment campaigns across Spring Summer and Fall.
In the Operations division we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position level position within the Client Service & Relationship Management which is responsible for managing internal and external client relationships. We do this by engaging in client service activities optimizing the client experience and managing vendor/external business partner relationships.

What youll bring to the role:
- Ability to establish clear goals and priorities and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision
- Subject matter expertise in business area supported client requirements and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests
- Culture carrier across Operations embracing the Firms core values
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team
- Collaboration and teamwork skills and experience including strong interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Identify and escalate potential process anomalies to management in a timely manner
- Knowledge of unclaimed property regulations and SEC 17ad-17 is welcomed
- Demonstrate critical thinking organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze large datasets
- At least 2 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Salary range for the position: $51000 and $83000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
