Wire Drawer

In this role you will be a Wire Drawer for a cleint in the electronics/cable manufacutring this role you will be working from an operations sheet to set up and operate various wire drawings and accessory equipment with the expecation of straight draw bench #2239 and large bull block #2240.

This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site. The hours are 6:30 am to 3:00 OT when needed.

The pay is $21.00 to $25.00 based on experience.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to pass a basic math test
• Ability to set up equipment using specified drawings speeds dies lubricants operating any equipment for required number of passes and reduce material to desire diameters
• Understanding of tight tolerances
• Ability to perform dimensional checks using micrometers
• Ability to perform cleaning degreasing polishing coiling swaginga nd straigtening operations
• Must be able to label parts and keep in lot numbers
• Ability to use ruler tapes and micrometers
• Must understand diameters
• Abiliy to interpret technical drawings
