Job Summary: Winter Colorguard Instructor for the Everett Crimson Tide Winterguard program for Grades 9-12 will provide Colorguard Instruction for students with additional opportunities to develop their Dance and Movement skills.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare and teach colorguard routines and marching drill design
2. Develop Colorguard Rifle and Dance Technique Program
3. Attends all rehearsals during the course of the Winter season
4. Attends Winterguard Camps
5. Teaches and dance and movement to the Colorguard section for the Crimson Tide Winterguard

Requirements

1. 2 years experience teaching dance technique for winterguard shows
2. Ability to stay organized in order to plan events for the Everett Winterguard
3. Knowledge of dance techniques and pedagogy as well as modern dance techniques.
