The Automotive Windshield Repair Technician is responsible for inspecting repairing and replacing automotive glass while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented mechanically inclined and able to work efficiently in both shop and mobile environments.

• Inspect vehicle glass damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions
• Repair windshield chips and cracks using approved repair methods and equipment
• Remove and install windshields side glass rear glass and related automotive components
• Ensure proper fitment sealing and safety compliance on all installations
• Maintain accurate service records and complete repair documentation
• Keep tools workspaces and service vehicles clean and organized
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs timelines and recommendations
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Assist with mobile windshield repair and replacement services as needed

• Previous automotive glass experience required
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Automotive dealership or service center experience
• Industry certifications related to automotive glass repair
• Experience with mobile service operations
