Our Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village showroom is the centerpiece of the Skyline branda place where clients experience the possibilities of design. As a Window Treatment Designer youll blend salesmanship with design expertise bringing ideas to life for clients while ensuring every project is executed with precision. This role is fast-paced entrepreneurial and supported by dedicated marketing and operations teams.

What Youll Do

• Lead in-home consultations and showroom appointments designing window covering solutions tailored to each clients space and lifestyle.
  
• Build strong client relationships through a consultative hospitality-driven approach.
  
• Translate design principles into functional aesthetic solutions that elevate a clients home.
  
• Support the showroom experienceensuring it reflects brand standards inspires clients and drives measurable results.
  
• Monitor KPIs propose solutions and contribute to an organized high-performance studio environment.
  
• Coordinate consultations manage new leads and create seamless hand offs throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sales design or client-facing roles (window treatments custom furnishings or interiors preferred).
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different client personalities.
  
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  
• A proven ability to balance creativity with business results.
  

Schedule

• Full-time position Saturday availability required
  
• In-person role at our Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village showroom
