• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving windows patio doors and entry doors
• Perform repairs adjustments and occasional product replacements
• Inspect installations and identify root causes of service concerns
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain findings and repair solutions
• Coordinate service appointments parts orders and follow-up work with the office team
• Document service calls measurements photos and completed work
• Maintain company tools equipment and service vehicle
• Ensure all work is completed safely efficiently and to Window World quality standards
• Maintain a clean professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company

• Experience in window and door installation service construction remodeling carpentry or handyman work preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on ladders when necessary
• Basic computer or mobile device skills for documenting service calls
