WI Speech Therapist, FT Monday Friday 8am-430pm

POSITION SUMMARYThe Speech Therapist position assesses and treats speech language and swallowing disorders in order to help individuals enhance their ability to communicate and swallow JOB DUTIESPerform direct patient care: assess and treat speech language and swallowing patient documentation including initial evaluations plans of care progress reports and discharge insurance companies regarding for evaluation and treatment education to staff including nurses physicians dietitians and food service workers regarding results and recommendations following evaluations and providing guidance based on the most up-to-date in-service presentations and educational opportunities for with healthcare providers in order to provide patient-centered treatment rooms following sessions. Provide reminder calls to patients. Aid patients and families in navigating the other duties as requested.

Shift: FT : Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
