POSITION SUMMARYThe Licensed Practical Nurse position assesses and passes medication to residents reports to physician any changes they have reports to charge nurse updates family members and assists JOB DUTIESAdminister medications to residents while following the 5 any allegations of abuse neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and any change in condition to the charge CNAs with answering call lights and other physicians family members etc. of change in condition as other duties as QUALIFICATIONS Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalent combination of education training and experience will be hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN CPR/BLS certification required.1 years of related work experience accuracy and attention to detail requiredOpen to RN or LPN
