Youll help reshape the future of wholesale customer service by setting a new standard for precision responsiveness and genuine is meaningful work where your organization communication and commitment create lasting impact far beyond a single SNAPSHOTPay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hourLocation/Schedule: Remote / Full-TimePurpose: Own the complete wholesale customer experience by accurately processing orders supporting customer accounts strengthening buyer relationships and helping grow wholesale RESPONSIBILITIESProcess wholesale and B2B orders accurately from order entry through returns refunds reships deductions and customer issues purchase orders pricing quantities and terms before Certificates of Analysis vendor forms new item documentation and account new wholesale accounts and maintain complete customer strong relationships with wholesale buyers and support the outside sales existing accounts through cross-selling upselling and customer pricing policies account compliance inventory availability and product CRM records promotions discounts and account as the primary contact for wholesale phone and email -HAVE QUALIFICATIONSExceptional attention to detail with consistently accurate managing high-volume order processing or customer account Microsoft Excel skills including formulas lookups sorting filtering and pivot written and verbal communication organizational skills with outstanding to manage multiple priorities while maintaining using CRM database or order-management working independently while collaborating across QUALIFICATIONSExperience supporting wholesale or B2B of health wellness or nutritional supplement with customer account management and inside sales with pricing compliance and wholesale account WE OFFEROpportunity to become a trusted partner for wholesale team work supporting businesses that serve customers growth through increasing account ownership and full-time ChallengeThis role rewards people who genuinely enjoy precision.
