Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Workforce Manager Practice.
Responsibilities:
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date. Duration is estimated at 100 hours to start with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort:
Part-time remote engagement
Working Hours: Client located in PST

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Workforce Manager Practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide client-side review of WFM system configuration specific to Optimized Scheduler features
- Provide some 1:1 training answering questions from clients system administrator to increase confidence in system
- Assist with the creation of job aids as needed for rolling out the Optimized Scheduler more broadly across their org.
- ADP Workforce Manager Optimized Scheduler (Advanced Scheduler) expertise
- Solid communication skills
- Documentation skills for job aid development
