Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our WFM Practice.
Overview:
Our ADP client has been on WFM with Enterprise V6 & Celergo for some time and would like a WFM Subject Matter Expert to review their configuration and make recommendations for efficiencies. This is in preparation for a move to implement Advanced Scheduler and ADPs COS model upcoming.
Responsibilities:
Level of Effort: Part-time working remotely to complete project
Working Hours: CST

- Work with client team to evaluate utilization and policy configuration in WFM
- US database - 2100 employees
- Mex/Can database - 1000 employees
- Make best business practice recommendations for system efficiencies and streamlining of policy configurations
- Evaluate one off policies and make recommendations around system standardization
