Position Overview

Wholesale Fireworks is looking for energetic self-driven groups families or organizations to manage and run seasonal fireworks retail tents. This is a high-intensity short-term opportunity perfect for teachers coaches church groups or individuals looking to fundraise for specific goals such as school trips equipment tuition or vacations.

Success in this role requires full commitment to the following schedule:

• Physical Setup: June 25^th June 26^th
• Active Selling Days: June 27^th July 5^th
• Tear Down & Site Restoration: July 6^th July 7^th

Responsibilities

• Retail Management: Keeping a clean organized and presentable retail space that aligns with brand standards.
• Inventory Control: Safely moving products restocking shelves frequently and ensuring inventory is managed with care.
• Customer Service: Engaging with the public providing product recommendations and managing transactions.
• Site Security: Mandatory overnight stay at the site location is needed for the duration of the event to ensure inventory and equipment security.
• Team Coordination: Managing your group or family members to ensure the tent is adequately staffed during peak hours.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long stretches of time in a fast-paced environment.
• Heavy lifting and manual labor associated with loading/unloading product crates.
• Tolerance for outdoor conditions (heat wind) typical of a Kansas summer.
