As aSr. Sourcing Manager you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to deliver outstanding owned brand/private label products in a fast-growing category byleveragingproximity innovation and strategic vendor partnerships in our Western Hemisphere source willdemonstrateyour entrepreneurial spirit flexibility growth mindset and innovation skills to advance our world-class sourcing and business partner will play a role in the assessment and elevation of vendor and production capabilities; executing strategies that bolster the Western Hemisphere supply ecosystem. You will drive sourcing strategies that align to business goals and the critical needs of the relevant category as well asutilizeadvancednegotiating skills to help Target achieve our value and financial plans. You will develop and manage asuppliermatrix and production strategies that elevate performance boost profit drive speed to market and deliver on sustainability commitments.

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of relevant Pets. Consumables and/or Private Label sourcing & manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills including strategic thought and conceptual thinking
• Ability to work effectively with varying internal & external partners globally to achieve business results
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong analytical and financial skills to inform and influence decision-making
• Ability to prioritize among competing deliverables and collaborate with and influence a broad group of partners and stakeholders
• Ability to travel as needed

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
