• ManagesCustomerandprojectexpectationsandapprovalsthroughprojectdocumentationmeetingminutesandsubmittals.
• Managesmultiplemanufacturingandconstructionprojectsatanygiventime.
• MentorsandinstructsProjectEngineersinBellinghamMarineproceduresandstandards.
• Studiesandreviewsdrawingsandspecificationstoplanproceduresforconstructiononbasisofstartingandcompletiontimesandonstaffingrequirementsforeachphaseofconstruction.
• AssiststheProjectManagerinthepreparationofpricinglocatingandqualifyinglocalcontractorsandotheractivitiesnecessarytopreparefixedpriceproposalsacrossallDivisionalProjects
• CoordinatesmembersoforganizationandProjectTeams(supervisoryclericaldraftingandmanufacturing)throughouttheproject.
• Preparesordersforprocurementoftoolsandmaterialstobedeliveredatspecifiedtimestoconformtoworkschedules.
• Conferswithsupervisorypersonnelandsubcontractorsengagedinplanningandexecutingworkproceduresinterpretingspecificationsinterpretingcontractrequirementsandcoordinatingvariousphasesofconstructiontopreventdelays.
• Conferswithsupervisoryandengineeringpersonnelandinspectorsandsuppliersofequipmenttoolsandmaterialstoresolveconstructionproblemsandimproveconstructionmethods.
• Inspectsworkinprogresstoensurethatworkmanshipconformstospecificationsandtheadherencetoconstructionschedules.
• PreparesandsubmitstotheProjectManagerreportsonprogressmaterialsusedandcostsandadjustsworkschedulesasindicatedbyreports.
• Coordinateswithcustomersengineersand/orinspectorsforthegenerationandsubmissionofapplicationsforpayment.
• Maintainsandgeneratesprojectdocumentationwhichrecordscontractcompliance;documentschangestothework;preparesnegotiatesandadministerschangestothecontract;notifiespartiestothecontractofchanges();notifiespartiestothecontractofdisputes;securesauthorizationforadditionalwork;andresolvesotherproject-relatedissues.
• AssistsintheCompanysafetyprogramrelatingtoallprojectsiteactivitiesandensureseffectivelosscontrolproceduresareimplemented.
• Otherdutiesasassigned.

Bachelorsdegree(B.A.)fromfour-yearcollegeoruniversity;orfourtofiveyearsrelatedexperienceand/ortraining;.
