Wellness Staff

Location: Montgomery AL 36117

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellness Staff member to join our team in Montgomery AL. The ideal candidate will support the health and well-being of our clients by providing a variety of wellness services and promoting a positive healthy lifestyle.

• Assist clients with wellness programs and activities designed to improve physical and mental health.
• Conduct wellness assessments and monitor client progress.
• Provide guidance and support on nutrition exercise stress management and healthy living.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized wellness plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Organize and facilitate wellness workshops classes and events.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all clients.
• Stay current with wellness trends and best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in wellness fitness or related field preferred.
• Experience in wellness fitness healthcare or related area is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and encourage clients.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition exercise and stress management techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
