Schedule: Sunday Monday Tuesday AM Shift

What You Will Do:

• Provide nursing services to residents
• Participate in training of care staff
• Coordinate resident care with residents families and physicians
• Communicate care plan changes to staff
• Communication with families and physicians
• Documentation and Investigation Reporting
• Conduct fall risk assessments skin assessments pain assessments Fast Scale assessments
• Wound care
• Audit eMARS medication cart
• Maintain accurate resident health records
• Medication Management

Who You Are:

• RN License that is active and in good standing
• A passion to work with our amazing seniors!
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work hard support yourteamand build fun into the job
• Must be willing to take 2-step TB test
