• Competitive Pay:$70000- $75000/year Credit for experience
• Schedule:Monday - Friday8:30am - 5:00pm On Call Required Occasional weekends evenings and holidays as needed

• Oversee all health and wellness services forresidents
• Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
• Supervise nursing and direct care staff including hiring training and evaluations
• Perform resident assessments care planning and medication oversight
• Coordinate with physicians families and case workers regarding care plans and changes
• Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call
• Maintain and update resident records policies procedures and training manuals

• ActiveLVN/LPN license in the State of Texas
• At least 2years of experience required
• Experience leading a care team required
