Responsibilities

Job Summary

Tocoordinate with operations management toprepare forprojects perform duties to mobilize rig upoperate anddemobilize from projectsand finally tolead orfacilitatepost-projectmeetings.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain well testing equipment including choke manifolds production separators pumps desanders and oil/water separation systems

  • Apply oilfield chemistry processes to support production and treatment operations.
  • Develop and complete Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and ensure all work is executed with safety as the top priority to minimize accidents and incidents.
  • To continually improve personal knowledge and experience.

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment with minimal supervision.

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping discipline and professionalism
  • Perform manual labor including equipment handling assembly disassembly and maintenance.
  • Lead or support crews onshore and offshore to safely achieve operational objectives.
  • Direct and operate heavy equipment such as cranes and forklifts as required.
  • Independently operate monitor and troubleshooting field equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Common knowledge of electronic and computer skills such as Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook

  • Work safely in high-pressure environments with hazardous chemicals and in extreme weather conditions

  • Manage multiple tasks and projects while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Mentor and support personnel through competency development and SSE programs
  • Maintain fit-for-duty readiness at all times including PPE compliance equipment preparedness and strong situational awareness

Other Duties and Responsibilities

OE/Lean

  • Activelyparticipatesin the implementation of sustainable improvement processes such as 5S Kaizen Suggestions Daily Management Control Standard Workand Problem Solving.

  • Attendsall OE training as it is deployed by the OE team.

  • Suggestions 18 per done daily.

  • Must have the capability of running a complete job night shift under the guidance of aSupervisoravailable for job situations and technicalexpertise.

  • Ability to interpret P&IDs Safe Charts datasheets and other engineering documents.

  • Capable ofassessing the proper functioning of equipment measuring devices and processes.

  • Responsible to ensure that all equipment certifications and/or personnel certifications are current and in compliance with Customer requirements.

  • Responsible for completion of the Job Packet including shipping manifests permits etc.

Team Skills:

  • Facilitates OE-related exercises ( VSMs etc.)

  • Trains Team Members onGembaWalks 5S etc.

  • Actively trains personnel in and encourages the use of the Suggestion System.

  • Fosters a learning environment and readily shares knowledge with Team.

  • Continually mentors and actively evaluatesTeam Performance Evaluations on Team Members regularly.

  • Functionsas a Lead Team member when calleduponandoversees the execution ofassignedHoshins.

  • Leads Pre- and Post-Job Meeting.

  • Submits time sheets of Team ina timelyfashion.

  • Leads according to the Transformational Rules for Leaders.

  • Assistin the interviewing of potential Team Members.

Customer/Business Skills:

  • Meets all of the requirementsapplicable to Operator II.

  • Capable of explaining the entire job process including current conditions and any job-related issues.

  • Ability toidentifyopportunities andinitiatefurther sales.

  • Communicates transparently with Customer informed of the progress of the job and any issues which might arise.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all Customer expectations and requirements are met on locationduring the course ofthe job.

  • Capable of completingaccuratefield tickets and havingthemsigned on location by Customer.

  • Has basic understanding ofmargins operating profits and project economics.

  • Participates in Voice of theCustomer (VoC)activitiesas requested.

  • Responsible for turning in all third-party delivery tickets and purchase receipts.

Work Hours: Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm when not offshore on a project. Workhours vary depending on the scope of the haveabilityto work24-hourson-call meaning subject to call-out 24 hours a day working holidays weekendsandovertimeas necessaryand away from home for the duration of the project.

Licensing:Incumbent must meet applicable Federal and/or State regulations/requirementsregardingqualifications of drivers FMCSA or Pipeline work PHMSA.

Working Conditions:While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly not conducting work in a controlled office environment sitting at a a regular basis there may be exposure to plant areas onshore job sites and offshore job sites which include exposure to outside weather conditions as well as loud noise from equipment and dust from production processes.

Travel: Toand from job sites or docks in avehicleortransported to the rig site by boat or helicopter.

Safety Equipment:Safetyequipmentrequiredwhile performing the duties ofthis job include but not limited toan ANSI approved hardhat and safety glasses safety shoes/boots with steel toe berequiredto wear goggles cottonor high impactgloves work vest respirator chemical/Neoprene Gloves Chemical Apron Hearing Protection and Fall Protection device.

Safety Training:Anew employee hired to perform the duties of this positionis required tobeprovidedNew Employee Training by a qualified individual who consists of a total of 24 hours ofPEC Coretraining.Water Survival if working on watercertified rigging API RP2Dfirst aid CPRFall Protection competent user if working at heightsand defensivedriving.

Additionalrefresher safety training will beas managementdeemsappropriateor as dictated by MSHA/OSHA regulations.

Additionallyattendsmonthly safety meetings submits minimum of 2 safety suggestions a month andcompletesJSEAsprior to each task.

Performance Rating Criteria:

This will include criteria for rating of job requirements such as suggestionskaizensgembawalksNCRs competency portfolio safety suggestions safetymeetingsand performance evaluationsall of which will be tied to performance ratings and incentive payments.
