The Well-Being & Benefits Senior Manager Program Engagement is an integral part of Lathams Well-Being & Benefits team. This role will be responsible for serving as a strategic advisor and primary architect of benefitsrelated engagement strategies while developing and leading a multichannel benefits engagement strategy that increases awareness understanding and utilization of the firms benefits wellbeing and resource offerings translating complex benefits information into clear userfriendly content tailored to varied audiences and ensuring message consistency across department verticals. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a strategic advisor to WellBeing & Benefits leadership on engagement campaigns and change management related to benefits ensuring colleagues understand the value and implications of changes
• Identifying and recommending new engagement approaches campaigns and messaging frameworks to better engage colleagues and maximize adoption of benefits and resources including leveraging AI to improve access to key information
• Leading the planning and execution of annual and cyclical benefits campaigns including open enrollment midyear reminders new program rollouts and policy changes
• Overseeing the maintenance of the WellBeing & Benefits SharePoint site and communications library to ensure all content is current consistent and uses effective formats and platforms
• Establishing and tracking key metrics for benefits engagement in partnership with HR analytics and external vendors using data and insights to recommend adjustments to strategies communication channels and content to improve reach and impact
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive confidential privileged financial and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
  

Wed love to hear from you if you:

• Possess advanced knowledge of traditional global benefits practices and functions
• Demonstrate an outstanding track record of creativity and innovative thinking with the ability to provide concise and specific recommendations to senior management
• Exhibit a global mindset and sensitivity to cultural and regional differences with experience supporting communications across multiple geographies

And have:

• A bachelors degree or equivalent; a minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience developing internal campaigns for varied employee groups or clients to drive engagement in benefits and resources
• A minimum of ten (10) years of cumulative professional experience
