Welders

Location: Baytown Texas Employment Type: FullTime

• Perform SMAW (Stick) GTAW (TIG) FCAW (Flux Core) and MIG welding on carbon steel stainless steel and aluminum.
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics and engineering drawings to ensure accurate weld layout and fitup.
• Weld pipe and structural components in multiple positions including rollouts vertical and overhead.
• Fabricate and weld pressure vessels; shear roll and fuse stainless steel or aluminum materials.
• Weld structural steel such as girders stiffeners splice plates and diaphragms using FCAW/MIG.
• Follow strict safety protocols and ensure welds meet quality standards including xray and visual inspection requirements.
• Operate grinders saws drill presses and other fabrication tools to prep and finish welds.
• Work collaboratively with welders fitters and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve welding issues.

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in hightemperature or confined environments.
• Familiarity with AWS welding certifications (preferred).
• Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and long shifts.

• Proven experience with SMAW GTAW FCAW and MIG welding.
• Ability to weld carbon steel stainless steel and aluminum.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding schematics.
• Experience with pipe welding and structural welding in multiple positions.
• Knowledge of fabrication tools and shop equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality standards.
• Bilingual Preferred
