We specialize in precision laser welding TIG welding cladding and advanced additive manufacturing technologies used to repair modify and manufacture critical components for industries including injection molding aerospace and medical devices.

Responsibilities
- Select proper materials and weld wire for specific applications
- Prepare materials for welding by grinding and cleaning metal surfaces
- Read and interpret complex blueprints drawings and written instructions
- Measure compute and document dimensions and tolerances
- Determine appropriate welding techniques and best practices
- Inspect and verify quality of completed parts
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
- Think critically and solve problems independently
- Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards
Qualifications
- Welding experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Must pass required vision screening
- Willingness to work overtime during peak production periods or special projects
