Job Summary
The Welder is responsible for interpreting blueprints drawings and measurements to plan layouts. We will have to be able to weld small and large components. Maintenance Welders perform welding in the repair maintenance fabrication and modification of industrial equipment and establishments. They also diagnose and repair a variety of metalwork.
Duties and responsibilities
- Reading and understanding blueprints before starting a project
- Sourcing the materials to be used in the project
- Measuring and cutting materials to specifications
- Welding materials using the correct materials to join the metals together
- Checking finished work to ensure it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints.
- Focused on resources and goals of the AN team
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of welding techniques (STICK preferred)
- Ability to work well with others
- Regular attendance and being on time are a must.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Welding experience in a related industry.
- Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Working conditions
- Work Hours:
- Standard shifts: 8-hour shifts 5 days a week.
- Overtime: Available and compensated according to labor laws.
- Breaks: 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute rest breaks per shift.

- Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including helmets gloves and safety goggles.
