Pay Rate/Range:$17.79 DOE and weld test results

Description: Weld metal components as specified by blueprints work orders welding procedures and oral instructions. Will use various types of welding equipment in accordance with company procedures and standard welding practices. Will weld in flat or horizontal positions and examine welds for bead size and other specifications repair broken or cracked parts fill holes chip off excess weld slag and spatter. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:Must have completed junior welder level or have equivalent experience training and skill. Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions have math skills be able to weld in any position and knows nearly all parts and fixtures. Read and understand blueprints and use and understand measuring devices. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and up to 100lbs occasionally.

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
