Plastic Ingenuity is looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our this role youll build and repair the metal components that keep our manufacturing operations running - from guards and brackets to tables shelving racks and machine fixtures. This is a great fit for someone who loves creating quality weldments fabricating from scratch and working with a supportive team.

What Youll Do

  • MIG TIG welding
  • Fit tack weld grind and finish metal parts
  • Fabricate parts using drawings blueprints sketches or verbal instructions
  • Use fabrication tools: cutting torches grinders saws shears press brake (preferred)
  • Support production engineering maintenance and machine shop teams
  • Maintain tools equipment and a safe workspace
  • Low volume high variety of work

What You Need

  • Strong welding experience (MIG/TIG especially)
  • Ability to fabricate from raw material to finished part
  • Ability to read prints and use measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Team mindset
