Pronto Staffing is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator for a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
Job Summary
Pronto Staffing is hiring a dependable welder to join a local production team. You will work with aluminum using MIG and TIG welding methods. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a four-day work week and has a strong eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Perform aluminum MIG and TIG welding to support production
Read and follow blueprints to build parts correctly
Use measuring tools to ensure all work meets specifications
Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules
Requirements
Proven experience with aluminum MIG and TIG welding
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
Strong skills using standard measuring tools
Must be able to speak and understand English
High level of reliability and attention to detail
Work Environment
Stand for up to 10 hours per day
Work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Steel-toe boots are required for this position
Enjoy a consistent three-day weekend every week
