We offer a fully-paid Welding School program where we pay you to learn to weld!NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

This program is taught by an American Welding Society Certified Weld Inspector and is typically 80 hours or 2 weeks in length. During welding school youll be paid $16 per hour while youre learning to weld. At the end of the 2 week program upon successful completion of a weld demo youll receive an offer of promotion to our Welder position with a starting pay of $22 per hour.

Once in your full-time welder position youll receive quarterly pay increases until you reach our professional pay level. Once youve reached the professional pay level youll enter our annual merit review and increase program.
