- Valid Michigan teaching certification with Secondary Math (EX or EQ) teaching endorsement.
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with teachers parents and administrators through professional communication.
- Knowledge and consistent application of the legal and ethical practices
- Thorough knowledge and application of the principles and methodologies of effective teaching
- In-depth understanding of a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS)
- Thorough understanding of Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS)
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
