Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor and improve performance across Safety Quality Delivery Cost and Inventory goals.
• Promote and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
• Complete work orders and enter data into CMMS (SAP) daily.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and SAP (CMMS) schedules.
• Report downtime concerns to the Lead Technician.
• Submit parts and tool requirements through inventory systems.
• Assist in managing overall shift performance and communicate work assignments.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience with mechanical electrical and/or fabrication tasks.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with SAP.
• HVAC and welding experience preferred.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment such as cranes and forklifts.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and simple schematics.
• Experience in lean manufacturing (4Q JIDOKA 6S) is a plus.
