Job Summary
AristaCare is seeking for an RN Supervisor (Weekends) PT/PRN responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal state and local standards guidelines and regulations that govern our facility and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained always. As Nurse Supervisor you are delegated the administrative authority responsibility and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
Shift: 7AM-3PM 3PM-11PM Weekends
SIGN ON BONUS up to $5000
- Must possess as a minimum a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
- Must have an active unencumbered RN license for the state of New Jersey
- Must have as a minimum 2 year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a hospital long-term care facility or other related health care facility.
- Must have as a minimum 12 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Required Skills:
Requirements: High school or equivalent C.N.A. Certification in PA Required CPR Exprience in Long-term care or a Nursing Facility is preferred
