• 4-day work week: FridayMonday
• TuesdayThursday consistently free

• Work side-by-side with some of the best technicians and installers in the industry
• Receive hands-on training in residential HVAC service
• Assist with parts tools delivery and job-site execution
• Operate hand and power tools requiring dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations

• 03 years of residential HVAC experience
• Motivated to learn grow and build a long-term career
• Dependable team-oriented and safety-focused
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test subject to applicable law
