- Assist with the installation of residential HVAC equipment
- Work side-by-side with experienced installers and technicians
- Pre-stage tools parts and materials for job-site readiness
- Help measure prepare and execute installations efficiently
- Operate hand and power tools requiring dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ensure installations meet company standards safety requirements and manufacturer specifications
- 2 years of residential HVAC install experience preferred
- Motivated to learn grow and advance within the HVAC trade
- Reliable team-oriented and detail-focused
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test subject to applicable law
- Stable consistent weekend work
- Hands-on training and skill development
