Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking compassionate experienced and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team serving clients throughout Hudson New Port Richey Land O Lakes and Bayonet Point Florida.

We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care while helping clients maintain their dignity comfort and independence. Candidates must have hands-on caregiving experience and be comfortable assisting clients with mobility needs.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing grooming dressing and personal hygiene
• Provide mobility assistance transfers and repositioning
• Safely operate Hoyer lifts and other transfer equipment
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans
• Ensure a safe clean and comfortable environment for clients

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Previous hands-on caregiving or healthcare experience required
• Hoyer lift experience is required
• Experience assisting clients with mobility limitations and transfers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate patient and professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred
• Ability to pass a background screening
