| Position Summary: | University Marketing and Communications is looking for a passionate strategic storyteller who can create and manage compelling web content. Apply to our Web Content Strategist opening today! The Web Content Specialist helps communicate the University of Daytons distinctive stories and attributes from faith and community to academics and experiential learning. This position is responsible for writing and arranging content (text photos videos stats etc.) on the Universitys website and intranet in a way that is impactful and inspiring -- and drives user engagement. This is not a technical position; knowledge of HTML is *not* necessary. Rather this position requires someone who can clearly and concisely communicate ideas think creatively and strategically organize content so it is meaningful and useful to our target audiences and optimize content in light of emerging technologies like AI. In partnership with colleagues across campus the Web Content Specialist will ensure content on UD websites aligns with the Universitys strategic priorities helps drive admissions efforts engages alumni encourages philanthropy supports brand messaging and informs the campus community. This position will also identify ways to streamline web content and assist in executing the Universitys overall digital marketing strategy.
