We are seeking a Web Content Manager to support IC-facing digital communications website management and AI-focused content development. This role requires a highly experienced professional with strong WordPress administration skills strategic communications expertise and demonstrated experience producing AI-related content and customer-facing digital materials.
- Maintain and update website content using WordPress
- Draft edit and publish AI-related blog posts and website articles
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies trends and industry developments
- Curate and highlight relevant articles announcements and customer-facing content
- Develop and distribute newsletters and strategic communications materials
- Coordinate content schedules and ensure timely publishing
- Support light project management and stakeholder coordination as needed
- Ensure consistency in messaging branding and editorial quality across all communications
- TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Minimum 10 years of experience administering and managing WordPress websites
- Strong writing editing and strategic communications skills
- Experience researching and producing content related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies
- Knowledge of content management digital communications and newsletter development
- Microsoft AI Fundamentals certification or equivalent AI foundational knowledge
- Minimum 15 years of experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or government customers
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management and strategic communications
- Ability to work independently in a part-time customer-support environment
- Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills
