Web Application Developer

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Web Application Developer to join our Technology Solutions this role you will help support and enhance a diverse portfolio of FDOT District 2 web applications SharePoint solutions Power Apps Power Automate workflows and Microsoft 365-based business systems.

• Support and enhance existing web applications SharePoint solutions Power Apps Power Automate workflows and business systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across web database server and browser environments.
• Develop and maintain applications using C# SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Implement new features and enhancements while improving usability maintainability and performance.
• Create and maintain SQL queries data models and application integrations.
• Develop maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint Online sites lists document libraries permissions and customized forms.
• Build and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions including workflows notifications connectors and permissions management.
• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML CSS JavaScript Bootstrap and modern web design practices.
• Utilize Visual Studio and Git-based source control workflows to develop test and maintain software solutions.
• Assist with application deployments and troubleshooting in Microsoft IIS and Windows Server environments.
• Respond to production support requests investigate root causes coordinate corrective actions and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams FDOT staff and technical administrators to deliver practical and effective technology solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to applications workflows configurations deployments and support processes.
• Follow established standards for software development testing security accessibility source control and documentation.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology Information Systems Web Development Data Science or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in developing maintaining or supporting web applications and business systems.
• Ability to work within existing codebases and implement well-documented enhancements and improvements.
• Proficiency in or familiarity with C# SQL Server Visual Studio and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript Bootstrap and responsive web design.
• Ability to develop and understand SQL queries and relational database concepts.
• Aptitude for troubleshooting issues across application database server and browser layers.
• Familiarity with Git source control workflows including branching committing merging and pull requests.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online Microsoft Lists Power Apps Power Automate Microsoft Forms and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Ability to support production applications and document issue resolution activities.
• Aptitude for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicating effectively across teams.
• Ability to work in client-controlled environments with varying security access and deployment requirements.
• Strong analytical organizational documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving development environments.
• Preferred 5-10 years of professional experience in software development application support or related technical roles.

Expected compensation range is between $83000-$130000 annually depending on skills experience and geographical location.
