    What Youll Do

    As a Weatherization Technician Intern you will:

    • Install insulation and other energy-efficiency improvements
    • Assist with home repairs and weatherization projects
    • Seal and improve residential duct systems
    • Follow safety standards building codes and program requirements
    • Identify and document opportunities for home performance improvements
    • Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners
    • Support continuous improvement efforts and learn advanced weatherization techniques

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record
    • Basic math skills
    • Ability to safely use tools equipment and materials
    • Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
    • Vocational or technical training preferred
    Schedule & Travel
    • Seasonal position: through Mid-August
    • Typical schedule: MondayThursday four 10-hour days
    • Daily daytime travel required
    • Up to 50% overnight travel
    • Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary
