We areseekinga highly skilled and detail-orientedWeapons System Analystto join our team atBeale AFBsupporting the 480thISR Wing(480 ISRW).The Weapons System Analyst will provide critical support in analyzing evaluating and integrating weapons systems into operational and strategic planning. This position requiresexpertiseinSingle/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysisweapons systems evaluation and the ability to deliver actionable intelligence to enhance mission effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conductweapons systems analysisto assess capabilities vulnerabilities and performance of current and emerging systems.

• PerformSingle/Multi-Discipline ISR AnalysisandMulti-Int Fusionto integrate weapons systems data with other intelligence sources (e.g. GEOINT SIGINT HUMINT).

• Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products including reports briefings and assessments to inform mission planning and execution.

• SupportISR Target Developmentby providing detailed analysis of weapons systems and their operational impact.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mission planners operators and intelligence analysts to ensuretimelyandaccurateintelligence delivery.

• Identifyintelligence gaps related to weapons systems and recommend collection strategies to address them.

• Maintainproficiencyin analytical tools methodologies and software to ensure the delivery ofcutting-edgeintelligence solutions.

• Ensure compliance with all security protocols classification guidelines and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience Level: Minimum of 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 0 years with PhD
• DOD 8140 compliance based on DCWF code 111 basic level

• Technical Expertise:

• Proficiencyinweapons systems evaluationISR analysis andMulti-Int Fusion.

• Familiarity with analytical tools databases and software used in weapons systems analysis.

• Strong understanding of weapons systems capabilities vulnerabilities and operational applications.

• Skills:

• Exceptional analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.

• Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance is.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting480 ISRWor similar ISR organizations.

• Knowledge ofISR Target Developmentand operational-level intelligence planning.

• Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.

• Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in weapons systems analysis.
