What Youll Do

Youll provide hands-on non-medical support that helps clients with Dementia Alzheimers ALS and Parkinsons disease live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Day to day that looks like:

Assisting with personal care: bathing grooming dressing and hygiene
Supporting mobility transfers and safe redirection for memory care clients
Meal preparation and feeding assistance

Light housekeeping errands grocery runs and prescription pick-ups
Transportation to appointments and outings

Monitoring client wellbeing and communicating changes to the care team
Most importantly being a consistent calming presence clients and families can count on

What Were Looking For

Prior caregiving experience especially with neurodegenerative or memory care clients
Patience reliability and genuine compassion

Strong communication skills with clients families and team members
Ability to follow and adapt to individualized care plans

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check and provide a current TB test

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with safe transfer techniques

Familiarity with memory care best practices

Strong observational and problem-solving skills

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
