Job Title: Field Specialist

Location: Shreveport LA 71129
Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $22 - $26/hr on W2
Per Diem: $30/day
Schedule: 14 days on 7 days off rotation

Job Summary

The Field Specialist is responsible for delivering safe efficient and reliable field services while ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field service jobs safely and on time.
• Ensure accurate completion of job deliverables.
• Participate in job risk assessments and safety programs.
• Follow company and regulatory compliance standards.
• Conduct wellsite inspections and self-assessments.
• Support service quality improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Wear required PPE and follow HSE policies.
• Maintain all required safety training and certifications.
