Position Overview
Our construction team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality commercial refrigeration installations from blueprint to completion. Whether youre learning the trade leading a crew in the field or managing multiple projects youll be part of a team committed to safety efficiency and excellence.
These are field-driven roles where teamwork accountability and attention to detail are essential. Were looking for individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to a culture of professionalism and high performance.
Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
Depending on your experience level and position responsibilities may include:
Assisting with or leading refrigeration installation projects
Reading and executing blueprints and construction drawings
Building walk-ins and reach-ins
Running line sets brazing and completing electrical connections
Coordinating manpower materials and equipment
Managing project timelines and schedules
Monitoring job costs and material usage
Participating in job site and department meetings
Maintaining job site safety and enforcing PPE protocols
Performing quality control checks to meet company standards
Training and mentoring team members
What Were Looking For
Experience in commercial HVAC/R systems (varies by role)
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Ability to adapt in fast-paced evolving environments
Leadership capabilities (Foreman & Project Manager roles)
Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
