This role is eligible for a $10000 sign-on bonus subject to the terms and conditions of the Companys sign-on bonus program.

Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

• Project managementassistanceon several types of utility projects including client coordination contract negotiation developing andmaintainingproject schedules and maintaining project budgets.
• Supervising CAD designers and project coordination with other departments professions and agencies.
• Supervisingpermittechnicians and administration in completing permit applications and moving permit application process forward.
• Construction observations preparing field observation reports of construction activity andwitnessingcritical tasks during construction.
• Project coordination and communication with construction managers contractors owners construction inspectors andpermittingagencies.
• Writingtechnical reports letters project summaries and emails.
• Water and wastewater plant design preferred.
• Ability to work both in the field and in office settings.

What were looking for:

• Civil Engineer with 5 years of local experience in civil engineering utility projects with a Florida P.E. for at least 1 year.
• Strong written and verbal skills arerequired.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel Word Project and Outlook Preferred.
• Position requires contact with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Must have an excellent driving record and have a valid Florida drivers license as driving is an essential part of the position.
• Sponsorship not available now or in the future.
