Job Summary
Multi-state design firm is seeking a Water/Wastewater Group Leader for their team in Loveland!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for department overall performance leadership and staff management
- Assist with short/long-term strategic planning
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Assist with business development
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Project management duties
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7 years of experience in the consulting industry
- 3 years of experience of supervisory experience
- Experience with daily management/leadership
Salary is commensurate with experience.
