Waterpark Cashier

As a Waterpark Cashier you will:

• Handle and balance daily receipts including cash checks credit cards and vouchers following all accounting and procedural standards.
• Maintain full cash drawer/bank accountability and perform POS responsibilities per company guidelines.
• Greet guests promptly provide excellent service and apply suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales.
• Accurately record services rendered and maintain department records.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally and urgently.
• Follow all opening running and closing procedures including guest walk-out protocols.
• Adhere to departmental standards for cash/check handling safety security and participation in company performance programs.

Qualifications :

• Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid drivers license to drive company equipment.
