Job Summary
TheWater Treatment Process Engineer will design develop test and commission water and wastewater treatment systems including membrane bioreactor (MBR) technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design integrated water treatment systems including biological treatment membrane filtration and pretreatment.
- Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) P&IDs mass balances and equipment specifications.
- Conduct pilot testing system commissioning troubleshooting and performance validation.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers on system development.
- Visit customer sites assess treatment requirements and support technical sales.
Requirements
- 3 years of process engineering experience designing and building water or wastewater treatment systems.
- Hands-on experience with MBR membrane filtration fouling management and cleaning strategies.
- Experience with process design equipment selection and integrated treatment systems.
- Strong troubleshooting testing and analytical skills.
- Startup or commissioning experience strongly preferred.
Preferred: Reverse osmosis (RO) industrial wastewater reuse PLC controls or modular system design experience.
