We are seeking a Water Restoration Technician to join our team at SERVPRO of Fort Dodge. As a leading restoration company in Fort Dodge IA we are committed to providing top-notch service to our customers and we are looking for a dedicated individual to help us achieve that goal.
Responsibilities:
Respond to water damage emergencies and perform water extraction drying and restoration
Assess the extent of the damage and develop a restoration plan
Use specialized equipment to detect moisture and monitor drying progress
Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold and other contaminants
Communicate effectively with customers and provide updates on the restoration process
Requirements:
Previous experience in water restoration or a related field is preferred
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Availability for on-call rotation and emergency response
