• Be able to work M-F 8-5 (be on call 1-2 weeks a month)
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
• Be punctual and respectful of clients time
• Fluent in English; bilingual preferred
• Be able to take exceptional photos
• Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property
• Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood mold and fire damage)
• Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
