Water Damage Technician

• Carefully pack label inventory and document customer contents
• Load and unload contents for transport to and from secure storage
• Wrap protect and stage furniture and personal items on-site
• Maintain accurate inventory records and photos
• Work closely with mitigation and restoration crews
• Keep vehicles equipment and storage areas clean and organized
• Willing to do Mitigation / Restoration work when needed
• Perform tasks at high elevations including using ladders and scaffolding safely.
• Safely handle hazardous materials as required by the job.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work 8 hours a day depending on the job requirements.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• IICRC Certification (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience 2- 4 years of packout / Mitigation is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills with clients team members and management.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and handle physical tasks.
• Bilingual English / Spanish is encouraged
• All other duties as assigned
